Our innovative and sustainable system for quality development and control, which interlinks with elements of the “National Criteria Catalog”, was developed at FRÖBEL. We use these tools for the purpose of internal, self-evaluation as means to constantly improve and control pedagogical quality. In addition to our own extensive knowledge in internal evaluation processes, we cooperate with PädQUIS for external evaluation. FRÖBEL in Germany is being externally evaluated by PädQUIS, more so than what is demanded by education authorities. It has become an integral part of quality development. An objective and independent expert perspective provides valuable insights for teams to continue their work on pedagogical routines and overall quality. In cooperation with our expert partners we offer our knowledge in external evaluation for early learning facilities and want to help early childhood education institutions and providers to assess and improve their existing quality.
