We have developed and implemented an innovative and sustainable system for quality development and assessment, which interlinks with elements of the “National Criteria Catalog”. We use these tools for the purpose of internal, self-evaluation in order to constantly improve and assess pedagogical quality.
In addition to our own extensive knowledge in internal evaluation processes, we cooperate with PädQUIS gGmbH for external evaluation. FRÖBEL in Germany is externally evaluated by PädQUIS gGmbH, more so than what is required by education authorities. It has become an integral part of our quality development system. An objective and independent expert perspective provides valuable insights for teams to further develop their work on pedagogical routines and overall quality.
In cooperation with our expert partners we offer our knowledge in external evaluation for early learning facilities and are able to help early childhood education institutions and providers to assess and improve their existing quality.
Currently all FRÖBEL early learning centers are operated through our subsidiaries. Due to an increasing world-wide demand we have opened the possibility to become part of the FRÖBEL network to externals through certification and licensing.
The basis for any FRÖBEL certification or licensing agreement is the sustainable implementation of high quality in early years education. We offer tailor-made consultancy and training services to help institutions and early childhood education providers improve upon their existing quality and become a part of FRÖBEL.
While certifications can be obtained for different modules, a licensing agreement always involves a holistic implementation of best practice in early learning and a commitment to quality development and control through external evaluation on a recurring basis.
