While early childhood education has objective markers for good quality, wildly different market environments in different countries and regions have to be taken into consideration. We know about critical success factors in realizing early learning projects abroad. In our analysis we take cultural issues and attitudes towards early learning and childhood into consideration. In order to realize new projects and undertake preliminary market analysis, we draw from our international network and our own experience in setting up businesses abroad. We investigate what is actually needed, which parts of our concepts and service portfolio can be implemented and what adaptations have to be made.
